Payment Processing Fees
For transactions within the United States, Stripe charges a flat rate of 2.9% plus 30 cents for each successful online transaction. These fees help us maintain the quality and security of our payment processing services.

 

Refunds
In the event that you need to request a refund, please note that Stripe does not return the processing fees from the original transaction. As a result, we will deduct these fees from the refund amount.

 

Chargebacks and Dispute Fees
If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback with your bank, Stripe imposes a $15 fee per dispute. Should a chargeback occur, we are required to pass this fee onto you, in addition to the original transaction amount, which will be deducted from your refund.

 

Canceled Orders and Fees
In the event of a canceled order, please be aware that we are still required to cover the processing fees associated with the transaction. Therefore, the cost of these fees will be deducted from the refund amount you receive.
