Refund Policy
At Next Level Collecting, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day refund policy to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 90 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition:
- Trading Cards: Cards must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were sold.
- Video Games and Consoles: Games and consoles must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. For games, this means they must be unopened if they were sold as new. For used games and consoles, they must be returned without any additional wear or damage.
Inspection Process
Upon receiving a returned game or console, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was sold. This inspection includes verifying that the game or console functions correctly and that there is no damage or tampering. If the item passes our inspection, we will proceed with the refund process.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@nextlevelcollecting.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Processing Fees
Please note that Stripe, our payment processor, does not return the processing fees from the original transaction. As a result, the original processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents) will be deducted from your refund amount. Additionally, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Refund Wait Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Chargebacks and Dispute Fees
If you choose to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback through your bank, Stripe imposes a $15 fee per dispute. If a chargeback occurs, we are required to pass this fee onto you, which will be deducted from your refund.
Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order after it has been processed but before it has shipped, please note that the Stripe processing fees will still apply and be deducted from your refund.
