Return Policy

At Next Level Collecting, we aim to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a return. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Trading Cards: Cards must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were sold. Opened or damaged cards will not be accepted.
  • Video Games and Consoles: Games and consoles must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. New games must be unopened, and used games and consoles should be free of any additional wear or damage. All accessories originally included must also be returned.

 

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nextlevelcollecting.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

 

Return Labels
For your convenience, we offer return labels for eligible returns. If your return is approved, you can request a prepaid return label, which will be emailed to you. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

If you prefer, you may also choose to return the item using your own shipping method. In this case, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when using your own shipping method.

Inspection of Returns
Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. This includes checking that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold and that all original packaging and accessories are included. If the item passes inspection, we will proceed with processing your return.

 

Refund Process
If your return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing fees (2.9% + 30 cents) and return shipping costs (if using our return label) will be deducted from your refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to digital products, clearance items, and any products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
